Found something interesting? Great! To maximize your chances of getting an interview, first send us your up to date CV. For relevant positions, we will often request you complete a short technical test. We will also conduct interviews both for experience and general fit with svexa’s culture.

first sorting and selection
We conduct continually rolling applications until a position is filled. As new CVs come in we screen them for general fit with the role and pass relevant applicants on to recruiting managers.

experience check
The recruiting manager evaluates each applicant’s experience in detail, and we contact approved candidates for next steps.

technical test
For appropriate roles such as front or back end developer, we will often request that you complete a short technical test. This should take no more than a couple of hours

technical interview
After evaluating the technical test, we will invite approved candidates to talk with our technical leads. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know you more, and for you to find out more about how we work
