Later this week Friday January 30th, svexa CEO Mikael Mattsson will be participating in a panel at Change.Accelerated.Live, Formula E‘s sustainable mobility conference in Miami. The event aims to ‘connect industry and political leaders, unveil new strategies in the fields of sustainability and innovation, and drive positive change in sports, business and society’. The day features 3.5 hours of on stage content with industry experts and the Formula E ecosystem, networking events, exclusive pitlane walks and garage visits.
Mikael is part of a stage panel titled “Impacting the human energy system: the future of individualised human potential.” This panel brings together leaders from recovery technology, AI performance analytics, contactless physiological sensing, and applied human-performance science to explore how managing human energy—physiological, cognitive, and emotional—can drive immediate local gains and long-term global impact. It will be moderated by Cody Burkhart, Co-Founder of Anthropy and Former Chief at NASA HumanWorks Lab.
One goal of this Formula E initiative is to help cities embrace sustainable solutions, not only to help the environment but also to unlock new opportunities for growth and inclusivity. This aligns perfectly with svexa’s vision to ‘do good through sports.’ Our solutions are applicable to any aspect of human performance, physical or mental. And to any field, from elite athletes to Formula E drivers to the audience in the stands. Our algorithms can advise anyone what best to do each day, to maximize their readiness to ‘perform’, whatever their goals.

As well as being CEO at Svexa, Mikael is an author, scientist, coach and athlete who is active all over the world. He has a PhD in Medical Sciences – Exercise Physiology from Karolinska Institutet, and is now conducting his research at Stanford University (USA).
