This year marks the third edition of the annual Sports Business Awards: Tech. It’s Sports Business Journal’s biggest effort yet to honor the most significant sports technology advancements of the calendar year. During more than two months, SBJ carefully reviewed the nominations, ultimately whittling them down to 43 finalists. The review committees looked for innovation, creativity, industry influence and, of course, organizational excellence and leadership. From here, the nominees will be evaluated by a panel of SBJ-selected external judges, and winners will be chosen.
