Svexa’s Director of Applied Sports and elite XC ski coach Olof Hedberg recently achieved another amazing race result, as the sole full course finisher at Expedition Colorado. This epic adventure race includes running, mountain biking, kayaking and of course general navigation in a variety of tough terrain. The brutal course included covering over 200km distance with 5000+ meters of climbing, topping out going over Mt Guyot at 4077m. In fact, the race proved so difficult that organizers had to offer a shortened course, which most competitors chose. Olof was the only finisher to complete the whole course, in a time of 30hours and 30 minutes for the well-deserved gold medal

Olof reports that he spent most of the following days in bed, and it took a while before he could walk down stairs again. Conratulations Olof!
