Following on from recent accolades, svexa hs been nominated as a finalist in this year’s MPW Innovation Challenge, presented by Mass Participation World (MPW) and the Global Sports Innovation Center (GSIC).
The Innovation Challenge is a global call to action for innovators, startups, and solution providers across the sports technology ecosystem. It brings together sports event organizers, sponsors, and tech providers to solve real-world challenges faced by the mass participation industry — from operational complexities and participant engagement to sustainability and data analytics. The goal is to identify and accelerate technologies that can make events more efficient, inclusive, and impactful.
This year’s challenge invites startups and companies from around the world to propose solutions in five areas:
- Fan engagement during training period before events
- Capturing who spectators are, enabling commercial opportunities
- Technology to enable participant engagement for events of all sizes
- Technology for centralized access to event operations and information
- Smart venue technology to enhance the experience for all participants
Selected as one of just 5 finalists, svexa was recognized as a leading innovator in the field of AI-based sports technology, providing insights for individual athletes along with scalable tools for coaches, teams and event organizers. CEO Mikael Mattsson will present our solutions in front of a global audience of event directors, investors, and industry leaders at the 10th edition of the Mass Participation World Conference (MPW25), taking place from 4–5 December 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
