The judgment of a world-class coach
Generic AI training plans follow generic rules. Svexa’s Seidurs provide distinct AI coaching philosophy built with elite coaches and refined until those coaches considered the AI’s programs effectively indistinguishable from the plans they would write themselves. Each Seidur is then combined with svexa’s individual, daily adaptation.

Why generic AI coaching falls short
Ask a generic AI for a training plan and you get sessions that look physiologically reasonable on their own, without a coherent philosophy behind the progression, intensity distribution and recovery structure. Great coaches differ precisely in that underlying logic, and their athletes trust it.
Seidurs capture that logic. Rather than one generic set of rules, svexa can deploy different evidence-based coaching philosophies, so a platform can offer, for example, a high-volume philosophy and a polarized one, each internally consistent.

How a Seidur is built
- Capture: svexa’s scientists work with the coach to encode their principles: how they periodize, distribute intensity, structure recovery and progress athletes.
- Generate: svexa produces training programs for realistic athlete profiles in the coach’s style.
- Review: The coach critiques the programs: what they would never prescribe, what is missing, what is out of sequence.
- Refine and repeat: until the coach judges the programs effectively indistinguishable from their own.
- Deploy with adaptation: The approved Seidur is combined with svexa’s individualized, dynamic framework, so the philosophy stays intact while each athlete’s plan adapts daily.

What “indistinguishable” really means
Validation goes far beyond checking that individual workouts look sensible. To pass, the sequence, progression, intensity distribution, recovery structure and overall training logic must collectively reproduce the coach’s philosophy. This expert validation is an additional quality layer alongside svexa’s physiological and prospective outcome validation.
The approach is documented in peer-reviewed work: Eriksson et al. (2021), Generating Weekly Training Plans in the Style of a Professional Swimming Coach Using Genetic Algorithms and Random Trees.

World-class coaches behind our Seidurs
Svexa seidurs can be built based on philosophy of any real world coach. They may be well known celebrities who want to share their approach, or our regular client coaches looking to scale their capability.
Examples of the elite coaches we developed this capability with include:
Khalid Khannouchi: marathon running
Former world record holder for the marathon and 20 km road race. Khannouchi held the US national marathon record for a quarter of a century, has won the Chicago Marathon four times and is an ambassador for the event, and is one of only six men to break the marathon world record more than once.
Johan Wallberg: swimming
One of the world’s most decorated swim coaches, including work with the Swedish national team. After a 12-week program with his squad, Wallberg collaborated with svexa on a published paper and concluded that the AI-generated programs were reliable enough that, if he were ever unable to write a program himself, he would comfortably trust and send svexa’s plans directly to his Olympic athletes.

Philosophy and personalization together
A Seidur fixes how to train; svexa’s Digital Twin and Irma recommendation engine decides what each person should do today. The athlete gets the coherence of a world-class coach’s methods, adjusted daily to their own fitness, recovery, schedule and goals, at a scale no human coach can reach.
FAQ
- What is a Seidur?
A svexa training philosophy that encodes a specific expert coach’s principles and decision-making, validated by that coach, and combined with svexa’s individual daily adaptation. - Can platforms build a Seidur with their own coaches?
Yes. Partners can develop a Seidur with their own head coach or ambassador to give users that coach’s methods at scale. - How is a Seidur validated?
Through repeated expert review until the coach judges the generated programs indistinguishable from their own, plus svexa’s physiological and outcome validation
